DharmaSaathi is a paid matrimony service for adults aged 18 or older. Provide accurate information, use your own account and obtain consent when helping a family member. Membership provides access to the listed features; it does not guarantee introductions, compatibility, marriage or verification of every claim made by another person.

Membership

The app store displays the price, term, renewal conditions and taxes before purchase. Subscriptions renew under the terms shown by Apple or Google unless cancelled through the store. Cancellation usually stops the next renewal; deleting your DharmaSaathi account does not cancel the store subscription. Use Restore purchases in the app to reconcile access. Refund requests follow the relevant store process and applicable consumer rights.

Conduct and safety

No harassment, impersonation, fraud, solicitation, non-consensual sharing or unlawful content. Respect a declined introduction and another member’s privacy. We may return profiles for changes, restrict access or suspend accounts for violations. Report concerns in the app or contact support. Make personal decisions carefully; verification badges describe checks completed, not a guarantee of safety.

Family access

Relatives may assist only within permissions granted by the profile owner. The profile owner controls introductions and the progress of their journey, and may revoke family access.

Help and disputes

Contact support for billing, account or safety concerns. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
