Information we use

We use your verified email, profile details, photographs, preferences, conversations, device notification token and purchase status to provide the matrimony service. Your profile may include religion, spiritual practice and birth details that you choose to share. Identity evidence is available to authorised reviewers and is removed after review through our cleanup process.

Who can see it

Profiles are shown to eligible members through staged introductions. Invited relatives receive only the permissions you grant; private chats and reflections are not shared with them. Contact details are exchanged only after both participants consent. Blocking prevents further access through the service. Another person can retain information they already saw or copied.

Service providers

Hosting, authentication, private file storage, email delivery, Apple and Google payments, and push notification services process information required to operate the app. Video calls and kundli calculations use the providers disclosed when those optional features are enabled. We do not use an AI assistant to generate matches or read conversations.

Controls and retention

You can edit or pause your profile, manage relatives, block or report members, disable notifications in your device settings and request account deletion. Deletion hides your account immediately and queues removal of account data and private media. Records required for purchase reconciliation, legal obligations or safety investigations may be retained with restricted access. Encrypted backups expire under our published operational retention schedule.
